Refunds & Cancellations

We can only issue refunds for orders that are cancelled before they have been shipped.

If your display arrives defective or damaged in transit, please email support@pixelarc.store immediately. We will arrange a replacement unit or guide you through the repair process.

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. All purchases are final, so please review product details carefully before ordering.

Incorrect Address

Please double check your shipping address before completing your order.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, an additional shipping fee will be required to resend it. If we do not receive a response before the reshipment deadline, the carrier may dispose of the package. In this case, we are unable to recover the parcel or issue a refund.

If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately. Address changes can only be made before the order ships.

We are not responsible for lost packages once they have been shipped. Please monitor your tracking information and ensure the parcel is secured upon delivery. If your package is lost in transit, file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using your tracking number. You may also contact support@pixelarc.store for assistance with the claims process.

Returns & Replacements

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, contact us immediately. We offer a 14-day replacement window from the delivery date for items that arrive defective, unfit for use or damaged in transit. For items with significant damage, or in cases where the damage is unclear or unverifiable over video a return must be issued.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused and in the same condition received
  
• Original packaging must be included with all components
  
• The return must be shipped with tracking at the customers expense within 14 days of return approval.
  

Once received, the product will be inspected to determine eligibility. We reserve the right to reject returns showing signs of use, missing components, or unacceptable condition. If rejected, you will receive an email with the reason and supporting evidence, and the item will be returned to the original shipping address.

If your return is approved, you will be notified by email. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and typically appear on your statement within 3 to 5 business days.

Please read the following information carefully to make an informed purchase decision.

Safety: This is a high-speed rotating display. Do not insert objects into the unit while it is operating, as this may cause injury or damage. Mount and position the display in a safe location where it will not pose a risk to people nearby.

Noise: Due to its larger size, the unit produces more sound. Noise levels are comparable to the Luxa, if not slightly quieter, and should be similar to a typical household fan. This will be more noticeable in smaller or very quiet spaces.

LED Panels: You may notice a slight edge wobble compared to our smaller units. This is caused by the flexible LED panels, which are designed to bend to prevent rigidity and potential snapping during operation. The wobble is usually unnoticeable and may only be seen during animations that extend beyond the display area with all LEDs illuminated. This behavior is to be expected and not an indication of anything loose or dysfunctional.

Bluetooth: The display supports Bluetooth, but your device must allow automatic pairing. Devices requiring passcodes or lacking a pairing mode may not connect properly. If a speaker fails to connect, it may not be compatible with the system.

Screen Cast: This feature is experimental and may present a few limitations. Real-time playback can experience a delay of 1 to 3 seconds if phone / laptop is too far from the Vision's hotspot, so it is not intended to replace a computer monitor. For best performance, operate the fan close to the device it is connected to. Increased distance may result in an unstable connection.

While using screen cast mode, resolution is slightly reduced due to the compression required for real-time processing. Occasionally, the display will show a “refresh split.” If this occurs, restarting the screen cast is recommended. This feature is still evolving and should be considered a proof of concept. Please note that this feature is not supported on iOS devices.
