Frequently Asked Questions

Every display is shipped with the SD card already inserted into the device. Please check along the edge of the display for a small micro SD card slightly sticking out. To remove it, gently press the card in, and it will eject.

The Holo Archive and Display App are sent via email when you purchase either the Luxa or the Atom. Please check your confirmation email for a link to your digital downloads. If you don’t see it in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.

Due to shipping restrictions and extra fees associated with delivering items containing batteries, we do not include a battery with the Atom Remote. As is common practice in the industry.

The remote uses a standard CR2025 battery, which can be found at most electronics stores, convenience stores, or online retailers.

Please visit the digital downloads link in your order confirmation email. There, you will find files for both the Atom and the Luxa. Select the device you are using, and you will find tutorials on that page to guide you through the process.

Both the Atom and Luxa only support up to 50 videos uploaded to the app at once.

To preview more videos at one time you will need to combine the videos together into a playlist using your video editing software of choice.

Or you can delete some existing videos to make space for new ones!

We aim to process most orders within 24-72 hours

After processing, packages typically arrive within 8-15 days, though times may vary by country.

If you're looking for a specific hologram, please check both the Holo Archive and Community Archive before reaching out to support. If you can't find it in the Holo Archive, it may be in the Community Archive.
