I can't find the Holo Archive or Display App
The Holo Archive and Display App are sent via email when you purchase either the Luxa or the Atom. Please check your confirmation email for a link to your digital downloads. If you don’t see it in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
How do I load holograms onto the display?
Please visit the digital downloads link in your order confirmation email. There, you will find files for both the Atom and the Luxa. Select the device you are using, and you will find tutorials on that page to guide you through the process.
I can't find the hologram I'm looking for
If you're looking for a specific hologram, please check BOTH the Holo Archive and Community Archive. If you can't find it in the Holo Archive, it may be in the Community Archive.
We also have category filters to help narrow down your search.
Can I combine videos into a playlist?
Right now we don't have a way of creating playlists inside the app or on our website, however the display accepts any mp4 video.
So you can download the videos you would like to turn into a playlist, then combine them together in a free app like capcut and export it out to upload.
Please keep in mind that the included SD card has limited space. If you want to upload every video in our archive, you will likely need to purchase additional storage.
I can't upload videos on my iPhone
The recent iOS 18.6.2 update is currently causing a unique crashing issue with the Atom. Our team is working on a resolution. Until then, please use the windows software or upload files directly to the SD card using the provided reader and pre-processed .BIN files
I can't connect to the wifi on Samsung
As of right now, Samsung devices are unsupported due to a hardware limitation preventing Samsung devices from establishing a connection.
Please use the windows software or upload files directly to the SD card using the provided reader and pre-processed .BIN files
There's a blue dot at the center of the display
When the Atom displays a blue dot, it means the device cannot detect an SD card. Start by ejecting the SD card and reinserting it to ensure it is properly seated. If the issue continues, try formatting the SD card to FAT32 on a computer.
Be aware that formatting the card will erase all holograms currently on it, and you will need to upload them again.
If you have a different SD card available, you can also test by inserting that card into the Atom. Load a hologram onto the new card and check if the issue persists.
The app is blank / failed to connect
- Please first ensure that you are connected to the device via wifi.
- Allow 1-2 minutes for the device to find your phone's signal and connect.
- If you are still struggling to connect, please try closing the app & reopening it.
- You can also try disconnecting from the display's wifi and reconnecting
- If this doesn't work, please try unplugging the device, and reconnecting it, allowing the device to restart.
I can't upload any new videos
If you try uploading new videos but the videos aren't appearing in the app, you may be out of space on the micro SD card.
Please try deleting one of your existing videos and reuploading to check if it was due to limited storage space.
Static crackling sound?
You may hear a static crackling sound when your device is turned on. This is from the speakers. If you need the device to be silent, please press the mute button on the provided remote.
Unfortunately, in order to keep the size of the display portable, we have to use a smaller speaker, this usually comes at the cost of audio quality. In order to keep the device as affordable as possible, we opted for these speakers as we felt the audio quality actually enhances the "hologram" feel.
However we are constantly looking for better alternatives to balance cost with quality as best as we can.
When will my order arrive?
We aim to process most orders within 24-72 hours
After processing, packages typically arrive within 10-15 days, though times may vary by country.
If it has been more than 30 days since placing your order and your package still hasn't arrived, please contact us below.
My Atom Remote arrived without a battery
Due to shipping restrictions and extra fees associated with delivering items containing batteries, we do not include a battery with the Atom Remote. As is common practice in the industry.
The remote uses a standard CR2025 battery, which can be found at most electronics stores, convenience stores, or online retailers.
I can't find the SD card in my package
The micro SD card comes already inserted into the fan, please check the short side of the fan blade, here you will find the SD.
Simply press down on the SD to eject it.
