We offer a 14-day return policy for items that arrive faulty or unusable.
We do not offer returns or refunds for digital products or change-of-mind purchases, unless the item hasn’t yet shipped.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We will provide the return address once your request is approved.
Your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase and your order number.
Please use a trackable shipping method.
If we do not receive the item and cannot verify tracking, we won’t be able to issue a refund.
