MP4 files must be processed into .bin format before being uploaded to our displays.
You can upload these MP4 files directly to the device using our mobile display app. The app will automatically process the file into .bin format while uploading it to the display.

Pre-Processed Files

Copy and paste the files from the Pre-Processed .BIN archive directly onto the SD card without needing to process it through our app.

How to Upload to the Atom (Quick Guide)

  1. Download our Atom 5D Display App
  2. Plug the Atom’s USB-C cable into an outlet or powerbank (5V/2A) to power on the device.
  3. Open the wifi settings on your device and connect to network labeled with the prefix ‘3D’
  4. Open the 5D Display App.
  5. Wait for the app to establish a connection.
  6. Tap the + icon at the bottom right corner of the app.
  7. Select ‘Mobile Album’ and pick the video you want to upload.
  8. Check the preview and trim or crop the video if needed.
  9. Hit the ‘Send’ button at the top of the screen.
  10. Name your file (8 Character Limit) and hit ‘OK’

How to Upload to the Luxa (Quick Guide)

  1. Download our Luxa 3D Circle Display App
  2. Plug the Luxa into a wall outlet to power on the display.
  3. Open the wifi settings on your device and connect to network labeled with the prefix ‘3D’
  4. Open the 3D Circle App.
  5. Wait for the app to establish a connection.
  6. Tap the + icon at the bottom right corner of the app.
  7. Select ‘Video’ and pick the video you want to upload.
  8. Check the preview and trim or crop the video if needed.
  9. Hit the ‘Start’ button at the top of the screen.
  10. Name your file (8 Character Limit) and hit ‘OK’

Our displays support up to 50 loaded files at a time (Max)

To upload more than 50 videos, please choose from one of our premade playlists.
OR combine multiple files into a single video file using your video editing software of choice.
