I can't connect to the wifi on Samsung
As of right now, Samsung devices are unsupported due to a hardware limitation preventing Samsung devices from establishing a connection.
Please use the windows software or upload files directly to the SD card using the provided reader and pre-processed .BIN files
The app is blank / failed to connect
- Please first ensure that you are connected to the device via wifi.
- Allow 1-2 minutes for the device to find your phone's signal and connect.
- If you are still struggling to connect, please try closing the app & reopening it.
- You can also try disconnecting from the display's wifi and reconnecting
- If this doesn't work, please try unplugging the device, and reconnecting it, allowing the device to restart.
I can't upload any new videos
If you try uploading new videos but the videos aren't appearing in the app, you may be out of space on the micro SD card.
Please try deleting one of your existing videos and reuploading to check if it was due to limited storage space.
I hear a static crackling sound
You may hear a static crackling sound when your device is turned on. This is from the speakers. If you need the device to be silent, please press the mute button on the provided remote.
Unfortunately, in order to keep the size of the display portable, we have to use a smaller speaker, this usually comes at the cost of audio quality. In order to keep the device as affordable as possible, we opted for these speakers as we felt the audio quality actually enhances the "hologram" feel.
However we are constantly looking for better alternatives to balance cost with quality as best as we can.
I didn't receive an SD card
The micro SD card comes already inserted into the fan, please check the short side of the fan blade, here you will find the SD.
Simply press down on the SD to eject it.
Can I combine videos into a playlist?
Right now we don't have a way of creating playlists inside the app or on our website, however the display accepts any mp4 video.
So you can download the videos you would like to turn into a playlist, then combine them together in a free app like capcut and export it out to upload.
Please keep in mind that the included SD card has limited space. If you want to upload every video in our archive, you will likely need to purchase additional storage.
